For all returns, your item must be unwashed, in its original condition, and still have the security tag/label attached. Returns must be sent back within 14 days of date recieved. Items returned without their label, in used condition, or outside the return window won’t be accepted.
1. Email our team at care@atoliawear.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item showing its condition and the label still attached.
2. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and confirm whether your item qualifies under our return policy.
3. If approved, you will be sent a return label with the return address.
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or similar protective packaging) and attach the return label.
5. Send the package back within 5 days of receiving the label.
6. Once your item arrives and passes inspection, your refund will be processed. You’ll receive a confirmation email once completed.
